1 . Structure：

According to the standard of enclosure protection grade GB4208-93, the equipment adopts the integrated chassis and the protection grade of the constant temperature system. The enclosure meets the standard of IP65 outdoor equipment and is designed in accordance with the

following principles.

(1) The shell is made of 1.5mm SGCC galvanized steel plate, sprayed with Akzo Nobel outdoor special plastic powder, with a protection life

of more than 10 years.

(2) The waterproof trough and air inlet and outlet of the shell structure design shall meet the protection grade of IP65.

(3) Dust-proof design: The air inlet and outlet are designed with special medium and high efficiency dust-proof filters to filter the dust in the air and prevent mosquitoes from entering the machine. The minimalist disassembly and assembly design is convenient for customers to

maintain regularly.

(4) The protective glass in front of the screen of the whole machine is made of 6mm AR high transparent tempered glass, with transmittance

≥ 97%, high transmittance and anti-reflection.

(5) The whole machine adopts the front and rear door opening mode, which can facilitate the maintenance of the internal display screen, heat

dissipation components and electronic parts.

(6) The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

(7) Mounting holes are designed on the bottom plate of the complete machine, which can be fixed by expansion bolts or embedded threaded

rods.

Display

(1) LG \ BOE \ AUO industrial high brightness LCD screen is adopted, with brightness up to 2000 CD/m2.
(2) High resolution, high contrast, high brightness, greatly improve the sense of picture hierarchy, can better express details.
(3) This Signage has the function of automatically eliminate residual images, prevent ultraviolet rays, insulating sunlight, automatically
sensing light, and protect the long-term use of the LCD screen in a green and energy-saving manner.
(4) It have a black level extension self-adaptive function and enhance the layering of the depth of field of the image.
(5) Outdoor professional high-brightness LCD screen is adopted, so the video image is brighter and the three-dimensional sense is stronger.
(6) 16.7 M color, the picture is more natural, and the delicate picture really without trailing.
(7) Long service lifetime, 7 * 24 hours of non-stop working, up to 50,000 hours.

Electrical

(1) Electrical protection: leakage, overload, over-voltage protection, lightning protection device, over-temperature protection, etc.
(2) Sound: Two-channel stereo surround power amplifier system with output power of 8 ohms and 10 W is adopted.
(3) The design standard of working environment temperature is + 50 ° ~ -20 ° .

(4) Adopt the principle of modular design, sustainability and maintainability design.

(5) Automatic Brightness adjustment: The screen backlight adopts automatic ambient light sensing to adjust the screen brightness in real time, which not only meets the clear image display in the strong direct sunlight environment, but also makes the screen not dazzling at night, saving energy and protecting the environment.

Heat dissipation

(1) Adopt integrated intelligent straight-through air cooling system and professional and special air duct cooling design.
(2) The internal air and external air of the complete machine are circulated and exchanged. After the external air enters the dust-proof net for filtration, it is divided into two air circulations before and after the screen, so ensure the internal temperature and external temperature have
8- 10 ℃ difference.
(3) Independent research and development of fan speed control board can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the internal
temperature of the machine.
(4) Equipped with high temperature automatic power-off protection function, when the internal temperature of the machine is abnormally high and exceeds the normal working range, the control system will provide power-off protection for the display screen and other major
components, while the fan continues to operate at full speed to dissipate heat, fully protecting the display screen and major components.
